Diane Jennifer Rosaly is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and licensed to provide family centered healthcare. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex health care problems. Before becoming a registered nurse, Diane worked as clinical research coordinator at UTMB where she explored and was exposed to research studies involving substance abuse, eating disorders and depression. Diane experienced great satisfaction in her work with patients as this is where her passion and love working with patients started. Diane has five years of working as a registered RN working in different areas of patient care such as orthopedic, trauma, neurology/neurosurgery and internal medicine. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and holds two Bachelor’s degrees, (BS in Biological Sciences and a BS in Nursing); and in order to fulfill and address the needs in her work with patients, Diane completed a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the Family Nurse Practitioner Program in Texas Woman’s University. She completed her clinical rotation experience at St. Elizabeth with Dr Merritt and Dr Rivera, where she received a strong practical foundation for the kind of holistic approach to patients that Diane feels is critical to good patient care.

Diane strongly believes in building and fostering trusting relationship with patients by taking time to listen and understand their particular health needs.
Interests
She has specific interests in alternative medicine, biote/hormone therapy, preventative care and diabetic management.
Family
Diane lives in Galveston where she enjoys living by the water. Outside her time from work, she loves spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, salsa dancing and running on the beach with her playful Dauschaund (Tata).
